If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 14 calendar days from receipt of your goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (“CCR”).

Any refund will be made to the payment card used to make the purchase as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after. The day we receive the returned goods; or if sooner, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have returned the goods.

• If you cancel an order you are responsible for returning the goods to us at your cost, we will not refund these charges
• We may make a deduction from any refund on account of any loss in value of the goods due to any damage caused by an unnecessary handling.
• Any free gifts or products included with the goods (eg 3 for 2) must also be returned.
